In the hardware race, both portables continued to benefit from recent color releases, but the DSi benefited just a bit more, selling about 3,000 units more than PSP. Following relentless internet chatter, Konami has finally confirmed the existence of its Silent Hill reimagining, Silent Hill: Shattered Memories , scheduled to release on Wii, PS2 and PSP this autumn.
Developed by Climax UK, the team responsible for the diminutive Silent Hill: Origins on PSP, Shattered Memories shares basic plot elements with Team Silent's classic original PlayStation survival horror outing. Once more, you fill the shoes of protagonist Harry Mason as he searches the fog-shrouded - and apparently now snowy - streets of Silent Hill in a bid to locate his missing daughter Cheryl.
The movie by Columbia and Sony Pictures is due out September psp games 18. Ubisoft's official site for the game lists it as coming on September 15.
Ubisoft has announced that it will be putting out a Game to coincide with the movie Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs later this year. The videogame will be put out on just about every platform known to man, including Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, Wii,psp games Nintendo DS, PSP and PC.
Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs is based on the children's book of the same name and takes place in a town where food falls from the sky like rain. The game stars Flint, the inventor responsible for the crazy weather patterns. The player will use gadgets invented by this knucklehead to save the town from a food infestation across 20 levels. The Wii, Xbox 360 and PS3 versions will feature a two-player co-op mode as well.
